No. JZ Consultant Group is an independent UK consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised to act for any delivery platform. You always apply directly with the platform using your own details.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No — and nobody honestly can. Each platform makes its own decisions about applications and account activation. We help you understand the requirements and prepare properly, which can help you avoid common delays.
Will you ask for my password or verification codes?
Never. We will never ask for your platform password, one-time verification codes or bank login details. If anyone claiming to be from JZ Consultant Group asks for these, please do not share them and contact us.
Can you sell me delivery insurance?
No. We are not an FCA-authorised insurance broker, so we do not sell, arrange, compare or recommend insurance policies. We explain general requirements — such as hire and reward cover — so you can speak to an FCA-authorised insurer or broker with confidence.
Do you offer support in Bengali?
